Attorney & Clergy Visitation

Attorneys and clergy who wish to visit inmates in the Campbell County Detention Center must have a valid ID and/or bar card.

Clergy must be pre-registered with the Detention Center before a contact visit can be approved.  Non-registered clergy who have a valid ID may have a non-contact visit with an inmate. Cell phones are not permitted.

Attorneys are permitted to bring in a laptop to review discovery and their personal cell phones.  Internet access is not provided so any media for review must be placed on a device that can be inserted into the laptop for viewing.  Attorneys are provided 24/7 access to their clients but those visiting during meal times may need to wait until after the meal pass is complete to see their clients.
